Not It’s an atomization, isolation or loneliness, but it means the disintegration and substitution of forms of life socioindustriales by new ones in which the individual is released from mandatory rules, structures are not determinants. The cultural environment is not valued and the conduct by the individual is not subject to fixed social norms. For the new social individual, family ceases to be the unit of social reproduction. This new concept of individualisation makes the individual actor, designer of his own biography, of their identity. The individual is forced to live in an open and thoughtful way that in generations past, permanently on the edge of the abyss.

A company is a social interaction articulated, dynamic, targeted by decisions negotiated and with a particular technical division of labour, still a point to the convergence of interests and principles borne by individuals, which are motivated by incentives that allow them to contribute to the achievement of goals and more beyond of their concerns personal, immediate and ephemeral. This business organization is guaranteed as long as there is a cultural interpenetration between the members to contribute to cohesion of these and an identification with its objectives. A cultural interpenetration which includes the management of a same language which is conducive to the smooth communication between members and identification with principles that govern it. For its part, the individual, oriented towards specific interests, tries to perform them rationally by the weighting of the media with the suitability for the objectives of the organization. The company and its social environment are in constant interaction and Exchange, redefining reciprocally. As partial system or subsystem, the organization is located within a larger, being essential to operate and be perpetuated external factors social system. How to get the balance between individual aspirations and social cohesion is one of the main themes of reflection. Society modern also needs a series of values or vision of the world shared, that moderate the absolutely selfish, individualistic aspirations, and that there is a union of common interests over individuals, but without removing either the latter.
